Hübner Schlösser & Cie (HSCie), the internationally active independent M&A advisory firm based in Munich, exclusively advised Piederstorfer GmbH & Co. KG, Munich, on the sale of its Mannheim cement grinding plant to GODEL-Rohstoffe GmbH, Stuttgart, a subsidiary of GODEL-BETON GmbH.
The core business of the Piederstorfer Mannheim cement grinding plant is the grinding of various raw materials into high-quality Portland slag cement and its distribution to customers in the ready-mix concrete, paving stone manufacturing, and precast concrete production sectors in the region.
