Before joining Hübner Schlösser & Cie in January 2021, he worked, among other M&A firms, for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Corporate Finance/M&A department. He has extensive know-how in a number of industries, especially in the consumer markets and the industrial sector. Dominik has focused his entire professional career on international company transactions, either for corporates or private equity investors, both on the buy- and sell-side. With Dominik we have won a Partner for our growing team, whose long-standing sector and transaction experience is an outstanding addition to the capabilities of our firm.
