Hübner Schlösser & Cie („HSCie“) advised CellForm Holding GmbH on the placement and raising of strategic growth capital from ALBERT WEBER

Hübner Schlösser & Cie (HSCie), the internationally active, independent M&A advisory firm based in Munich exclusively advised CellForm Holding GmbH, the parent company of the CellForm-Group („CellForm“), on the placement and raising of strategic growth capital from Weber Holding GmbH, which belongs to the ALBERT WEBER Group („ALBERT WEBER“). ALBERT WEBER participates as a long-term strategic investor with a total investment volume in the double-digit million range which is made available to the CellForm Group by way of step-by-step capital increases. Flick Gocke Schaumburg acted as legal advisor to CellForm. The parties have agreed not to disclose financial details.

ALBERT WEBER and CellForm are planning investments in the double-digit million Euro range in the coming years for the establishment of large-scale production of bipolar plates. CellForm intends to become one of the leading suppliers of bipolar plates, a key component of hydrogen fuel cells and electrolysis units. By 2030, CellForm aims to achieve sales in the triple-digit million Euro range. Series production and a future technical center for research and development activities will be based at ALBERT WEBER’s German plants.
