Jan Cotta joins Hübner Schlösser & Cie as Partner
We are pleased to announce that as of October 1st, 2016 Jan Cotta has joined Hübner Schlösser & Cie as a Partner. Mr. Cotta has worked in leading positions in the international Corporate Finance / M&A area for more than 25 years, most recently as a Partner at Mummert & Company Corporate Finance and before that, among others, at Continental Capital Partners (CCP), Schroders and Barclays de Zoete Wedd (BZW). He has extensive know-how in a number of industries, especially in the business services industry. With Jan Cotta we have won a Partner for our growing team, whose long-standing sector and transaction experience is an outstanding addition to the capabilities of our firm.
