Hübner Schlösser & Cie (HSCie) exclusively advised the shareholders of Reifen Burkhardt GmbH & Co KG on the sale to the Goodyear Group.
This transaction secures the long-term future of Reifen Burkhardt and strengthens its market presence. At the same time, the company’s philosophy and character will be preserved. Reifen Burkhardt will continue to operate with a high degree of independence and flexibility, maintaining its focus on mid-sized customers and employees while benefiting from the strong brand recognition and structures of a globally operating tire manufacturer.
