SFC’s management team consists of Prof. Dr. Andreas Humpe, formerly with Lazard and MEAG (the investment management company of Munich Re) and Professor of Financial Mathematics and Finance in Munich, as well as Christoph Hembache, formerly with Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith Inc. and ABN AMRO.

Acquisition Objectives
