Transaction
Hübner Schlösser & Cie (HSCie) exclusively advised the shareholder of Schütz Dental GmbH (Rosbach, Germany) on the sale of the company to Micerium S.p.A. (Avegno, Italy).
The combination of the business activities of Schütz Dental and Micerium is highly synergistic for both companies, as their product and service portfolios, sales capabilities, and geographic presence complement each other exceptionally well.
