We are pleased to announce that Dominik Mayer will join the HSCie team as Partner effective January 1, 2021.Before joining Hübner Schlösser & Cie in January 2021, he worked, among other roles, at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Corporate Finance/M&A division. He possesses extensive expertise across a range of industries, particularly in the consumer goods and industrial sectors. Throughout his professional career, Dominik has focused on international corporate transactions, advising both corporate clients and private equity investors on buy-side and sell-side mandates.
