Steinbeis Holding GmbH carved out its label printing division, consisting of companies in Holzkirchen, Germany, in Boothwyn, USA, in Hefei, ROC and in Périgueux, France, from Steinbeis Holding GmbH and sold it to CCL. The sale followed on the heels of an announced joint venture with CCL for Europe and Asia in the field of label printing.
