MANN+HUMMEL acquired 100 % of the Vokes Air Group. MANN+HUMMEL executes its growth strategy to increase their presence in filtration markets outside of the automobile industry. Vokes operates in the HVAC segment (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), which has approximately a 15 percent share in the global filtration market, and offers attractive growth rates. This segment belongs to the mega-trend of ‘air purification’, which is of growing importance in all kinds of industrial and commercial applications.

Task

Hübner Schlösser & Cie (HSCie) screened the market on an international basis for potential targets and initiated discussions. During the acquisition HSCie assisted in all stages of the process including Due Diligence and contract negotiations.
