Transaction
Hübner Schlösser & Cie (HSCie) exclusively advised the shareholder of Schütz Dental GmbH (Rosbach, Germany) on the sale of the company to Micerium S.p.A. (Avegno, Italy).
The combination of the businesses of Schütz Dental GmbH and Micerium S.p.A. is highly complementary and synergetical for both companies especially with respect to their range of products and services, distribution capabilities and geographical footprint.
