Johnson Control which is increasingly applying components manufactured with this cold-forming technology in its newest generation of seat systems, acquired Westfalia to secure its supplies and take possession of the roll-forming know-how. Johnson Controls intends to expand the site in Hilchenbach to become the worldwide competence center of roll-forming.
