As of 31 October 2012 Heitkamp & Thumannn Group has sold its subsidiary Linden GmbH & Co KG to Heinze Kunststofftechnik GmbH & Co KG. The combination of Heinze and Linden enables these companies to broaden their product offering and manufacturing capabilities, and to become one of the leading producers of plastic parts with profound competencies in designing, tooling, chroming, painting and other types of surface coating. Hübner Schlösser & Cie advised Heitkamp & Thumannn in the entire transaction process. This includes research, approach of potential investors, due diligence examinations and conducting negotiations with the vendors.
