Buss supports its 1200 customers with local maintenance and services for some 3400 machines installed worldwide with its own sales and service subsidiaries in Chicago, Singapore, Shanghai and Tokyo.

By selling Buss AG to Fabrel Lotos and the management, Coperion Group fully focuses solely on the twin-screw technology.


HSCie advised on the entire process, including on approaching potential investors and putting together the documents relevant to the transaction. HSCie also drew up the transaction documents, advised on the valuation and the due diligence process and managed the negotiations.
