Vincent Hübner

Vincent Hübner holds a Dipl.-Kaufmann diploma in Economics (University of Kiel) and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He worked for Strategic Planning Associates (SPA), a renowned management consulting firm based in Washington DC, before establishing the corporate finance business of the Matuschka Group, a then large financial service company in Germany, in the mid 80s. In the early 90s Vincent Hübner founded his own corporate finance company in Munich forming the platform for today's Hübner Schlösser & Cie.
For all his professional life Vincent Hübner has done nothing but worked on company transactions, as M&A advisors as well as principal investor. He is member of the Advisory board of the Heitkamp & Thumann Group in Düsseldorf.
Joachim Schlösser

Joachim Schlösser holds a Dipl.-Kaufmann diploma in business administration (University of Cologne) and worked for Bertelsmann Corporation for several years before joining the Matuschka Group in the late 80s where he was Managing directot of the buy-out business unit. In the early 90s Mr. Schlösser became Managing Director and Partner of Price Waterhouse Corporate Finance GmbH in Frankfurt. In 1997, he co-founded Hübner Schlösser & Cie.
Mr. Schlösser has focused his entire professional career on company transactions, as M&A advisor as well as principal investor.
Jan Cotta

Jan Cotta studied business administration and holds a Diplom-Betriebswirt degree. Before joining Hübner Schlösser & Cie in 2016, he served for 6 years as a Partner at Mummert & Company Corporate Finance, Munich (now Raymond James). From 2003 to 2010, Mr. Cotta worked as a Partner for Continental Capital Partners (CCP), London. Before that, he was a Partner at Milestone Capital, London, and in the 1990ies, he held management positions at Schroders (now Citigroup) und BZW Barclays de Zoete Wedd (now Credit Suisse) in London and Frankfurt. Mr. Cotta started his career with the Matuschka Group in Munich.
Mr. Cotta has focused his entire professional career on M&A transactions and capital placements in Germany and internationally. He is exceptionally experienced in assessing and marketing a large variety of business models in differing and dynamic entrepreneurial environments.
Sabine Moeller

Sabine Moeller studied International Business Administration at the University of Vienna, Georgetown University in Washington DC and at the HSG St. Gallen. Before joining Hübner, Schlösser & Cie in 2017, she led the German business of UK M&A advisory firm Frenger International. Mrs. Moeller started her career at Salomon Smith Barney, now Citigroup, where she enjoyed a solid corporate finance education on Wall Street. In further positions at GCA Altium, HSBC and Morgan Stanley, she gained extensive experience on large projects, LBOs, small and medium-sized transactions and with high net worth private investors.
Sabine Moeller has spent most of her professional life dealing with cross-border corporate transactions on the buy and sell side. She possesses a wide range of corporate finance skills and, due to many years spent abroad, a distinct intercultural competence.
Dominik Mayer

Dominik Mayer studied business administration with a focus on corporate finance at the University of Applied Science in Neu-Ulm and is a CFA Level III candidate. Before joining Hübner Schlösser & Cie in January 2021, he worked, among other M&A firms, for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Corporate Finance/M&A department.
Dominik has focused his entire professional career on international company transactions, either for corporates or private equity investors, both on the buy- and sell-side. He is exceptionally experienced in the areas of M&A, financial modeling and company valuation and has advised, among others, companies such as Deutsche Bank, Merck, Linde, Adecco and Formula 1.
