Due Diligence includes performance of a wide array of tasks such as

  • in case of an acquisition the assignment of work modules to the various client's experts such as tax consultants, CPAs, lawyers and other team members, the running through of checklists to ensure that no significant issues are missed, the compilation of main issues and results, and finally the continous updating of financial models with the due diligence results, and...
