\nB\u00d6WE SYSTEC AG, a public listed company in the German Prime standard is one of the world’s leading total providers for highly automated mailrooms.<\/p>\n

The company has agreed with its banks to extend the existing lines of credit until 30.4.2011 and arranged a new credit line in the double figure million range with them and the Kreditanstalt f\u00fcr Wiederaufbau (KfW). The new funds will be used primarily to replace an existing loan in connection with the acquisition of the shareholding in B\u00d6WE BELL+HOWELL. In this context the company has generated approximately \u20ac 10 million extraordinary earnings.
