On August 13, 2021, zooplus signed an investor agreement with Hellman & Friedman, thereby establishing a strategic partnership with Hellman & Friedman. For this purpose, Hellman & Friedman announced a voluntary public takeover offer for all zooplus shares at an offer price of EUR 390 per share in cash.\u201d<\/p>\n
