Associate Partner (m/f/d)
for the Mergers & Acquisitions division
Your Responsibilities
Your role will involve the independent acquisition, management, and execution of German and international mandates. Internally, you will work with a highly qualified team of business professionals, lawyers, and tax advisors. For cross-border assignments, you will have access to the specialists of our global M&A network, Socius.
You will work in a modern office environment located in Grünwald near Munich.
You have many years of professional experience in corporate finance, M&A advisory, investment banking, wealth management, private equity, venture capital, or senior management within a mid-sized industrial or service company where you have executed corporate transactions.
You possess the experience and confidence to independently acquire and successfully complete projects and mandates.
