Jan Cotta Joins Hübner Schlösser & Cie as Partner
We are very pleased to announce that Jan Cotta joined our company as Partner effective October 1, 2016. Mr. Cotta has held senior positions in Corporate Finance / M&A for more than 25 years, most recently as Partner at Mummert & Company Corporate Finance and previously at Continental Capital Partners (CCP), Schroders, and Barclays de Zoete Wedd (BZW), among others.
He possesses outstanding industry expertise, particularly in the business services sector. With Jan Cotta, we have gained a partner whose many years of sector and transaction experience make him an excellent addition to our growing team.
