This included the research and approach of potential investors, including the identification of and generation of interest from the Chinese company Hamaton Automotive Technologies for the acquisition, the preparation and organization of the extensive due diligence process involving, at times, more than 50 advisors representing the buyer across the four different legal jurisdictions of the Westfalia Metal Hoses Group, process management and communication, as well as support and leadership in negotiations concerning the key agreements related to the transaction process and the final purchase agreements.
