The Transaction

Hübner Schlösser & Cie was mandated by First Solar as exclusive M&A advisor. HSCie identified potential buyers, managed communication between the parties, advised on due diligence, and led negotiations in a complex auction process.

Despite the challenging auction environment, HSCie successfully completed the transaction from mandate to closing in less than 10 weeks.
